Our Founder

Oghale Akpobome, MBA, PMP, RMP, FNCS Oghale Akpobome is an accomplished global leader, TEDx speaker, storyteller, and coach. She made history as the first female Country IT Operations Manager in over 80 years of Shell’s presence in Nigeria. With 24 years of global project leadership experience across 20 countries—including Africa, the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and Canada—Oghale has successfully delivered multi-million-dollar energy and infrastructure projects in some of the world’s most challenging environments. Beyond her professional achievements, she is a mentor, trainer, and advocate for youth empowerment, diversity, and leadership. As the founder of Next Generation of Transformed Leaders Initiative (NGTL) and Young & Safe Online, she is deeply committed to raising leaders who will shape the future with courage, resilience, and compassion. Oghale has also been recognized globally, including being a nominee for ALX’s Top 100 Women in Tech. She continues to inspire as a facilitator, change agent, and volunteer across Nigeria, the UK, and Dubai.
